What does a colonoscopy have to do with sewer drains?? I found my recent talk with a customer very interesting and wanted to share it. While talking with a customer who had backed up home sewer drains after the recent rains, compared our service to his recent medical Emergency Room visit which ended in a colonoscopy. I found it very interesting, as he compared the two services. He said “while in the Emergency Room, I waited a long time to get to see someone, your plumber arrived right on time, he had many people around him and taking care of him, it was impersonal, with your plumbing service I had my own highly skilled and very friendly customized service plumber focusing just on my need, in the Emergency Room I was NOT offered options or pricing up front for my service, with your service I was explained all the options clearly upfront along with knowing all my pricing options up front, too, with the Emergency Room visit I got a $9,000 bill without the dr's bill included, your service was less than 300.00 and my drains run free. I loved your service”
Plumbing and medical service can be compared in many ways, as a great plumber:
1) It takes years of experience to be a great and knowledge in all areas of plumbing in the house.
2) Like the medical field, Plumbing is changing and new products and training need to be kept up to date before we can service homeowners the best.
3) Live in person service On Call 24/7.
4) Like a cough or breathing concerns, most plumbing concerns must be diagnosed in person to be repaired correctly for the homeowner, not all plumbing repairs fit all homeowners or the way all homes are built.
5) Unlike medical service, Plumbers still do make house calls and we make sure we bring our whole wharehouse with us to fix the concern in one trip.
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing service is ON-Time and 100% Guaranteed, or we pay $5.00 a minute to 300.00, I can't remember last time I did not have to sit in a DR's office or Emergency room for a long time, or they were late for my appointment time and still charged me the total bill.
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing calls you 1/2 hour before we arrive, I wish the doctor’s office would call and give me a 30 minute notice when to arrive for my appointment, so I did not have to wait a long time for them.
